This policy explains what personal data bosnae.net processes when you visit the site or contact us, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

bosnae.net is run by the bosnae.net editorial team. Contact: info@bosnae.net.

When you visit the site

Our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in server logs. We use these logs only to run and protect the site; they are deleted automatically after a short period.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for logged-in editors.

Maps

Our maps load map tiles from OpenStreetMap and OpenTopoMap servers. When a page with a map opens, your browser connects to these servers and sends them your IP address, as with any website request. The map software itself is hosted on our own server.

Contact and partner forms

When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, message and, for partners, your business details. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare a listing if you ask for one. The message is sent to our mailbox and is not stored on the website. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to answer you or to work with you.

Links to other sites

Tour links lead to booking platforms such as GetYourGuide. Once you click, their privacy policies and cookies apply.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to info@bosnae.net. If you live in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

We may update this policy; the date of the last check is shown below.
