What to see

  • Štrbački buk cascades
  • The falls at Martin Brod, including Milančev buk
  • Rafting and kayaking from Bihać

Two ways to see the Una

Štrbački buk is the big one: a 24 m series of falls on the border with Croatia, with wooden walkways and viewpoints. Martin Brod, further south, is a village where the Una and Unac split into dozens of small falls and pools.

From Bihać, rafting companies run trips of different difficulty from May to September, from family floats to stretches with real rapids.

Good to know

  • Ticket prices change with the season: low season is December to February, high season is July and August.
  • The river marks the border with Croatia in places; carry your passport on rafting trips.
